... a dream: In a quiet location on Lake Millstatt, spacious floor plan, best equipment and swimming at the lake.

This house offers its guests everything: four completely individual apartments, all with a fireplace or stove. All with spacious sun terraces and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The house stands on a large plot and offers a private beach area at Lake Millstatt. Those who wish can book optional breakfast or the wellness program (massage, etc.) use of the house. A tennis court is only 2 walking minutes away, one of the finest golf courses in Austria is by car in 5 minutes to reach. There in front of the house a large sunny meadow, followed a pasture with a small filly and a pony, ideal for children. Anyone who wants to can of course bring their own horses on holiday.

The area around the house is intoxicated during the spring and autumn is an ideal spot for hiking and horseback riding in the summer on the nature of the associated pasture and the lake is great for swimming. And even in winter can be from here from 34 ski areas (!) Achieved quickly and with ONE pass easily exploited. Who did this once vacation is over again (or should like) forever, I promise!

The apartment LUSIA 1 offers on the second floor of 4 people to about 100 sq comfortable place.The apartment is individually decorated and has a large living room with fireplace, large dining room for 5 people, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping tours), a modern fully equipped kitchen (see detailed kitchen equipment in the table below ), and a bathroom with bath and wash basin. Plus shower plus separate toilet and bidet.

The stunning mountain scenery can be enjoyed from its own sun terrace or your balcony. Even the garden featuring a spacious sunbathing lawn can be used. Comfortable sun loungers are available! If you would like to have breakfast quiet and out in the morning sun, you have the option next to the front terrace also protected their own lying east terrace to use.

Apart from our own garden, there is one to be utilized by all tenants in common area with outdoor grill. Even the children were thinking: At some distance from home play equipment is constructed. The horses on pasture are child-friendly and can be ridden and petted. Therefore also an ideal place for small family.
