The 2 bedroom apartment is located in the 4th floor of an old building (with elevator!) - The roof was built 5 years ago by an architect. The site is very calm (rear building - courtyard location) The apartment is 57 square meters. It is furnished and fully equipped.
It is a non-smoking apartment. On the terrace, smoking is allowed.

The situation

Just outside the front door is the Walchenseeplatz with a large meadow (traffic calming zone 30). Parking is usually right on Walchensee place.

Transport links are excellent: U2 Silberhornstraße or Untersbergstraße can be reached within 5 minutes walk. 17 minutes drive to the fair, city center / central station 5 minutes, Bavaria Film Center) 15 minutes (tram, Oktoberfest 15 min (bus 58). The access to the highways is very good!

In Munich-Obergiesing, there are shops for all daily needs and boutiques, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. For recreation and jogging near the banks of the Isar and the load Perlacher Forest.

Clean and air conditioned. Quiet close to S Bahn stop. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee is free in lobby. Is a good bakery and sandwich shop located close by and just a short walk to Munich's best Biergarden Augustiner. Was a great place to watch World Cup
