Spacious 3-bed apartment in the tranquil village of Kiti. Fantastic views of local hills and countryside.

This is a brand new exceptionally large apartment. It comes with a very large open plan living/dining area and three large bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 & 2 have King-size beds, Large Italian fitted wardrobes, Twin bedside tables with night lights, laundry basket, air con and ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has an en-suite and patio doors leading onto the large balcony. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedside table and night light, Laundry basket, Italian fitted wardrobes, air con and ceiling fan. There is a family bathroom in the property.

The large dining area is complemented with a large wooden dining table, with enough chairs to seat 8 people. A drop ceiling and spot lights finish the room off to a very high standard. The kitchen area is big enough for the largest of families and has plenty of storage cupboards and work surface. The Kitchen also comes with Stainless Steel Oven, Hob, Fridge-Freezer, Large Toaster, kettle and an assortment of Stainless Steel pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Our living area is tastefully decorated and has two 3-seater sofa beds giving the space to sleep a further 4 guests. A 32" TFT LCD TV and a Sony DVD player have been installed for your entertainment. A Large double patio doors open out on to the balcony giving views of the local hills and countryside. The balcony also overlooks the pool and entertainment area.

There is also reserved secure parking.

1. Come out of Airport car park and turn left onto “B4” Dual-Carriageway. Follow signs to “Mazotos”. 2. Continue along “B4” 1st roundabout, and carry on straight over signed to Lemosos and Kiti. 3. About 1¼ miles come to 2nd roundabout, continue to go straight 1½ miles you will come to a “T” Junction. 4. At “T” Junction, turn left for about 100 yds to next “T” Junction. 5. Turn right at this junction. Stay on this road for roughly 3 miles. 6. “Oasis” supermarket is to your right, continue straight. 7. “Esso” petrol station is to your right, continue straight. 8. Large school to your right, continue straight ahead. 9. As you come to the “Petrolina” petrol station, you need to take a right turn by the police station. This road is sign posted to “tersefanou and the Anglo Christi Church, You will see the famous Greek Church to your left. 11. Take the 2nd road on your right after the church. 12. Go passed the shops on your left and take the 2nd turning on your left on to “Agios Georgio Street. 13. Go straight down this road. The road will turn into a dirt track with fields on your left and houses on your right for about 100 metres...Horizon view is behind these houses! 14. The track will turn back into a tarmac road, at this point you must turn right on to . You should see the Horizon view building in front of you.

Our party of 8 stayed at 105 Horizon View mid May and had a fantastic time and have come home having fallen in love with Cyprus!

Not only is the apartment beautiful and in a brilliant location but the surrounding area is so pretty that you can see why it has won awards. Our party were after a relaxing holiday away and we were not disappointed. We had a mixed group with different interests which this holiday caters for, from the sun lovers who lazed by the pool which was not only cleaned regularly but also had amazing WC facilities which meant you could shower & change before going back to the apartment, to the activity seekers who would either head to the local bar, which was a 5 minute walk from the apartment (bypassing the local supermarket & butchers) where they would play pool or watch the local football match or, go shopping along the main high street where there are also a large selection of restaurants ranging from Mexican to Chinese to authentic Cypriote cuisine, every taste is catered for.

Myself and my party have not only recommended this apartment to all our friends & family but have also started saving so we can go back in the not to distant future!
