Rustical Charming stone villa built in 1800 and completely renovated the 1996. House is very quiet and is located near small town Cas Concos where you can find a small supermarket and a few restaurants. the beach and Porto Petro Por is 6km away . 8km away are the beaches of Cala Mondrago nature park. House is furnished in typical Mallorcan style.

House is divided in 2 floors. there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, very well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms. Upstairs are 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom and a living room. there is a satellite TV in the house, with barbecue andl garden furniture, Hamocks and Sunshades.
