Public Transportation: The apartment is conveniently located for public transportation: the bus lines 245 and 101 (Helmholtzstrasse) run every 10 minutes from Monday to Friday and every 20 minutes at weekends. From here it will only take a few minutes to the underground station “Ernst-Reuter-Platz” served by the underground line U2. Either change to the U2 here (1 stop to Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten (Zoo Station) or stay on the 245 bus past Ernst-Reuter-Platz to Zoo Station. Alternatively, if you need to go to the Exibition Centre, take the U2 towards “Ruhleben”, it is just a few stops. Guests arriving by train at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main station) can take Bus 245 towards Zoologischer Garten. Get off at Helmholtzstrasse (after about 15 minutes) - the apartment building is just 100 m further on your right. If you arrive by plane at Tegel, take bus X09 from Tegel, which takes you to Ernst-Reuter-Platz in just a few minutes. Change to Bus 245 (Direction S-Nordbahnhof) and get off at Helmholtzstrasse (4 stops). The Brandenburg Gate can be reached by public transport in about 25 minutes. Potsdam is also not far away: 45 minutes by bus or train or 30 minutes by car (easiest option).

Very nice, cozy apartment conveniently located with a bus stop just a few minutes away and two supermarkest just around the corner. We enjoyed some beautiful walks down the Spree. The surrounding area offers a great variety of international restaurants. The owner was very friendly and had prepared a whole folder with tips and useful information about Berlin. The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a lovely stay. Thank you! We would love to come again soon!
