The house was completed in 2011 and is located on a 1000 square meter lot in a small and quiet village on the northern Plau. It is divided into two spacious apartments, each about 80 square meters for 4 people (2 doubles) in the basement, or 6 persons (3 double) upstairs.
The apartments are bright, friendly and modern facilities. The living / dining room has floor to ceiling windows and wide by both houses of magnificent views of the lake. Until the water is 90 meters!
The upper apartment has a 15-square-foot balcony overlooking the lake, the lower house a large terrace. There are in close proximity to the home bathing. If necessary, the new port beneath the house, a boat dock for rent.

Driving on the A19 in the Lake District to the exit Malchow. Here you leave the highway and turn onto the B192 to Schwerin. After about 2km, turn left just before Alt Schwerin in the lake road and follow it to the house.
