Our small, cosy private pension is run as a bed and breakfast or self catering house in the winter for groups of up to 12 people and is located in a quiet and sunny hillside position between Zell am Ziller and Ramsau / Hippach. The breathtaking view of Mayrhofen / Hippach and the panoramic view of the Zillertal and Tux Alps will delight you.

RELAXATION - SIMPLY NATURE - away from the hustle, bustle and noise, but just 6-7 minutes by car tp the center of Zell am Ziller or Hippach / Ramsau.

On the first floor are 3 double and 2 triple rooms, hallway with cloakroom, shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle. A comfortable spacious living room with fireplace (on request, is fired by the owners) with satellite TV, video, wlan, invites you to a social evening.

Playground, terrace, parking. For 8-12 persons - sole occupancy of the accommodation.

In winter, a paradise for all winter sports enthusiasts. With the Super Ski Pass, you have all 171 lifts and 662 km of perfectly prepared slopes available. All ski resorts are within a radius of max. 25 km
- 1, 2 km to the bottom station Gerlosstein (ski + 7 km toboggan run)
- 4 km to the ski resort Zillertal Arena
- 7 km to Horbergbahn Zillertal 3000
- 10 km to Gerlos or to Kaltenbach,
- 23 km to the Hintertux glacier - the ski bus stop Horberg / Zillertal 3000 in the vicinity

In summer, an ideal starting point for long walks and tours at a 3000 summit of the numerous and easy to challenging mountain bike trails. A paradise for hikers, mountaineers, climbers, mountain bikers, ... and all natureseekers. The Zillertal Card is optimally equipped for every exploring!
