The house is located on Oleron Island, South West France, between Bordeaux and La Rochelle. There's a free bridge to go to it and you can enjoy sea foods and fresh fishes all year long.

The area is quiet because there's no massive urbanization, only small houses and countryside with fields and vineyards.

By walking you can reach the center of the village for food shopping or having a drink. The sand beaches are 150m for the closest.

In the garden, you can cook with the barbecue, eat under the big oak which provides shadow when the sun is hot or tan laid back in the armchair.
