These top quality spacious villas are set in an award winning landscaped tropical village setting, and are the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use them as a base for exploring the fantastic Gulf Coast area of Florida.

The villas have just been repainted and look great, more photos upon request.

They have automatic garage doors, so you can drive into and out of the villas without getting out of your car.

There are two bedrooms, the master having a queen bed, TV, walk in dressing room/wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai / sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.

The living room has new furniture and floor coverings, also the high vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. Large flat screen TV and DVD player, IPOD dock.

Central atrium for natural light in the living area's.

Free hi speed WIFI internet and free local calls. Fully air conditioned.

In total there are 3 eating areas and the kitchen is top quality with all the appliances needed to give you the choice of making this your home from home.

The villas are set in quiet cul de sacs, and have just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.

The large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundecks are top quality. The clubhouse is great for meeting new people or just sitting in the library, and enjoying the peace and quiet.

We also have a Kissimmee home, so why not combine both and have a Disney/Gulf combined vacation option.

We have just got back from our holiday and couldn't wait to share with you how great it was.
This villa is perfect for a family holiday to the gulf coast. It contained all of the equipment needed for a rental of a few weeks. Lounge/dining area was newly furnished, with comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV and wifi Internet connection. Kitchen area was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The villa also contained tennis equipment, beach towels, lilos and buckets & spades, so no need to fill your suitcases with any of these items. The pool area had plenty of new chairs and sun loungers and the pool is a good size for both swimming and playing in. We never used the tennis courts but they were well maintained. The biggest advantage of this villa, over others that we have rented in the Sarasota area is the location:Siesta Key (the best beach on the gulf coast) is 10-15 minutes drive The main shopping mall in Sarasota is 5 minutes walk, so when the boys are playing golf, the girls can shop!! Downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle is 20-30 minutes drive and Ellenton outlet mall is 30 minutes drive. All of the usual restaurant chains arewithin 10-15 minutes drive of the villa (Outback, Longhorn, Chilis, Carrabas, Bonefish Grille etc) and there were also some good locally owned restaurants. The location also gave easy access to dozens of excellent golf courses within a 30 minute drive. The best endorsement we can provide for this villa is that we have already booked it for the same time next year
